Julie Quah has been practicing yoga for the past 17 years and teaching since 2006. Her primary yoga styles are Hatha and Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga. I enjoyed Teacher Julie's yoga sessions. At the end of each session, I felt calm and accomplished at the same time. Teacher Julie guided me very clearly and adjusted my posture to ensure I do it better. At times when I'm not feeling confident, with her help, I somehow manage to do it! As I have blood pressure health issues, Teacher Julie is caring and considerate, where she would constantly check on me and observe me. When I start to blush, she will suggest an optional posture which could calm my BP down at that moment. I feel safe and confident practicing yoga with Teacher Julie, and thank you Teacher Julie in helping my Yoga journey feels easy and motivating.

Julie is very passionate and detailed in her teaching. I am not awared that we need to synchronise tights, core and chest muscles for a proper bridge pose until i went to her class. She is very encouraging and keep reminding me that there is no competition in yoga. I truly enjoy her class.

Julie always shows us the correct post and teaches us the correct techniques. Yoga is not mimicking the position but using the technique to help us strengthen our body and mind. Julie always does that. Attending her class had helped a lot with my backache problem. The aching issue resolved after a few months of yoga with Julie, and I've continued to practice since then. Having fun with Julie She will adjust our posture if we did wrong, always mentioned to us if you feel hurt or uncomfortable mean you are in a wrong way, stop it & re-do it again. She will demonstrate & explain it in a clear way to make sure all of us understand to avoid injury.

Julie has various classes for students with different levels of practice. Fret not even if one is a beginner, for she will modify the asana to suit each individual. She always stress on try your best but don't hurt yourself, which is a great way to learn and practice with her!
