The crab is cooked with the black pepper blend, resulting in a savoury-spicy taste that complements well with the natural sweetness of the meat. No doubt a must-order seafood dish if you happen to visit the restaurant. Their Curry Fish Head and Lobster Soup come highly recommended too.
